I love this clock, but I wish it was cleaner. Have you thought about making your circles vector shapes in Illustrator instead of using photoshop? Right now they're all blurry and wobbly. Just a thought.

Btw, if you don't need the time to be displayed, especially the long number - under the [MeterTime] sections comment out the MeasureName parameter (to do this use ; sign)

To install you probably need to place the xClock folder in the Skins folder inside the Rainmeter.
And yes, there is a version with just rotating circles, I just don't remember where I got it.
There are also similar GITS clocks, they also look great.

find where it says the time part and change it from %H to %I. that will turn it into a 12 hour clock.
